For this wedding we headed out of the Sacramento Valley and up to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.  This was at The Sierra Banquet Center, a beautiful location in Camino (near the town of Placerville) with log cabin buildings and numerous gardens, even a wandering creek with a little waterfall and pond.  And much to my delight, down the street there was a golden field surrounded by pine trees that I spotted on our way in.  I am pretty sure the party was still going when we left…I think even Josh and I were dancing with our cameras!
